- Setelah dicetak, simpan dlm kulkas 1 jam. Panggang dlm preheated oven, api bawah, 150dc selama 25 menit. Setelah 10 menit dipanggang, keluarkan dr oven, oles dengan susu uht. Panggang lagi sampai matang.
- Dinginkan. Mooncake akan enak dikonsumsi setelah 3 hari.
